This role is perfect for a commercially sharp, data-driven, and creatively minded professional who knows how to turn traveler insights into winning retail strategies.💼 What You’ll DoYou’ll be the driving force behind the category’s commercial and strategic direction, managing everything from range selection to supplier partnerships and in-store experience.Develop and refine category and merchandising strategies tailored to each store.Plan store layouts and brand allocation, ensuring seamless planogram execution.Build and maintain strong vendor relationships — negotiating pricing, contracts, and margin targets.Optimise product range, pricing, and promotions using analytics and shopper insights.Monitor stock levels, sell-through rates, and inventory turnover to maintain healthy performance.Partner with Operations and Marketing to roll out seasonal transitions, promotions, and campaigns.Lead category-related projects — from assortment refreshes to new store openings and layout changes.🧭 What We’re Looking ForDiploma/Degree in Business, Retail, or related field.5+ years in category management, buying, or merchandising — ideally muti-category FMCG, retail, or duty-free environments.Energetic, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.Excel-savvy, and comfortable with data tools (SAP, Power BI, BW a plus).Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and opportunity.A team player who’s proactive, curious, and execution focused.Excellent communicator who can build trust across stakeholders.🌟 Why Join UsYou’ll get to influence what millions of travelers see and buy every day, work with global brands, and shape assortments that make every journey memorable.We believe in empowering people who take ownership, think commercially, and love the thrill of retail done right.📩Ready to shape the way travelers shop?
