Assistant Client Relationship Manager - Private Banking

Our financial client is seeking a Assistant Client Relationship Manager to join their Zurich based team in a permanent role.This role will need English and German language skills and require 100% onsite working in Zurich.Your Role:As CRM Assistant External Assets Managers, you are an integral support partner to the Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) in managing the overall day-to-day business operations and provide client-centric experiences through efficient administrative, operational and compliance-related tasks.Your Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day support in administrative and commercial activitiesManage retrocessions and related commissionsAccount openings, closings and other documentationsDeal with internal and external policies and compliance regulations FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML), MiFID, etc.Prepare client meetings and eventsRespond to clients enquiries by email or phoneControl, execute and monitor client's instructions (payments, stock exchange, change of static data, etc.)Monitor credit lines and maturities of investmentsMonitor administrative issuesYour Profile:University degree in Finance or completed apprenticeship or similar banking educationFirst relevant work experience in Private BankingExcellent Microsoft Office skillsKnowledge in Avaloq is an advantageAbility to weigh problems and set priorities, strong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with various stakeholdersStrong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountabilityFluency in English and German
