As an Assistant Clinical Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting global clinical trials, ensuring operational excellence and timely delivery across cross-functional teams. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about improving patient outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and incentivesPrivate medical coverage and MetLife protectionSZÉP Card and telework reimbursementFlexible time offEngaging employee events and hybrid technology supportWhat You’ll Be DoingDevelop project-related documents and review/edit presentationsParticipate in project meetings, conference calls, and training sessionsRead and interpret project protocol documentsLiaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of study milestonesReport study needs and issues and support project start-up, execution, and close-outAssist with documentation/database updates due to scope changesFollow up on invoice reconciliations and prepare reports for forecastingMonitor internal data flow and respond to inquiries professionallyCommunicate project status to clients and verify imaging protocol complianceServe as acting Project Manager when needed and distribute project reportsFollow up on missing data, incomplete paperwork, and client queriesSupport logistics for site-facing materials and keep CPMs informedAdhere to SOPs and execute clinical functions per protocol and regulatory guidelinesRecommend operational improvements and participate in process initiativesAttend project-specific, system, and team-focused trainingsPerform other duties as assignedWhat We Look ForAssociate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development, clinical trials, or clinical researchProven expertise in Microsoft Office suiteStrong proficiency in healthcare, medical, or clinical research domainsDemonstrated ability in organisation, time management, and prioritisationExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishDetail-oriented and responsive to inquiriesAbility to work independently and collaborate in a team settingAdaptability to changing priorities and uncertaintyPragmatic, proactive, and goal-oriented mindsetBased in or able to work from Budapest (hybrid)At Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
