Reporting to the General Counsel & Company Secretary, this role will be instrumental in ensuring effective governance practices, compliance with ASX Listing Rules and the Corporations Act, and supporting our Board and executive team.Based at our Cowandilla office in Adelaide, the role offers flexibility and can be structured as full-time or part-time (such as four days per week or school hours).What you’ll do:Prepare Board agendas, packs, and resolutions, and manage the Board calendarSupport the General Counsel & Company Secretary with the Annual Report, Corporate Governance Statement, and AGMMaintain statutory registers and corporate records, ensuring compliance with ASX and ASIC requirementsDevelop and maintain corporate policies and compliance frameworks (e.g. Privacy, Whistleblower, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Modern Slavery)Partner with People & Culture to deliver the compliance training calendarProvide timely compliance advice to managers across the businessMonitor regulatory changes and support policy updatesAssist with corporate projects, including M&A transactions and strategic initiativesProvide back-up support to the Corporate Lawyer as requiredWhat you’ll bring; We are looking for someone with governance expertise, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
