Our ClientSimmons and Hanbury has been instructed by one of the largest pension funds in the UK on a Assistant Company Secretary hire in London. This is a hybrid role with 2/3 days in the office. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide company secretarial and administrations of the company and it's board, ensuring that they remain compliant with statutory, legal requirements.Work closely with the Head of Secretariat on maintaining Diligent Entities, Power of Attorneys and KYC director information.Provide advice around governance reporting.
