This position will support the Controller in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and driving process improvements across the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial dataSupport internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedulesEnsure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting and project accountingAssist in preparing monthly financial statementsCollaborate with internal teams on audits and financial reviewsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and automationQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or FinanceStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reportingProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent analytical, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAdditional InformationCompensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise.
