Today, we proudly employ over 20,000 talented employees across our Moroccan sites and continue to grow through innovation, excellence, and a strong commitment to quality, teamwork, and community engagement.Position OverviewReporting directly to the Plant Controller, the Assistant Controller supports all financial controlling activities within the Kenitra JIT Plant. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, reliable forecasting, and strong internal controls while contributing to performance monitoring and continuous improvement in cost management and process efficiency.Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the forecasting process (budget, monthly forecast, and weekly P&L updates). Ensure the accuracy and reliability of standard costing (materials, labor, overheads). Coordinate month-end closing, controlling, and reporting activities in HFM. Prepare and deliver periodic plant KPIs and performance reports. Monitor manufacturing costs and analyze variances between forecasted and actual results. Maintain internal control procedures and ensure SOX compliance. Oversee PAR (Plant Action Review) building, tracking, and budget monitoring. Supervise cost-center budget expenses and support operational teams in financial planning. Implement and improve financial tools and processes for better monitoring and analysis. Support Risks & Opportunities (R&O) reporting and track material margin evolution.Key Skills And Qualifications Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling. 2–4 years of experience in financial controlling, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of local and international accounting standards. Excellent analytical and reporting skills; attention to detail. Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel. High sense of confidentiality, responsibility, and proactivity. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
