Your journey starts here.RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.Perform variance analyses between actuals, budget, and forecast, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.Develop financial models to support decision-making and scenario evaluation.Prepare monthly reporting and performance indicators (KPIs) for local and corporate management.Support the definition and monitoring of cost-reduction plans and margin-optimization initiatives.Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to ensure alignment between financial and operational data.Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable accounting standards.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSBachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, or Accounting.Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, Management Control, or Audit.Proficiency in advanced Excel, MS365, and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc.).Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.Fluent in English (written and spoken) — French is a plus.If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to an innovative and dynamic automotive environment, seize this opportunity and grow with us!Note: This position is also open to candidates with a disability degree of 60% or higher
