The Tsakos team is comprised of highly skilled and committed professionals with extensive expertise in operational, technical, and commercial aspects of the maritime industry.The company is currently seeking to enhance its dynamic team by recruiting a dedicated, high-calibre Assistant Crew Operator to join the workforce. Main duties and responsibilities:Assist the Crew Operator with the crew changes handling including ticketing & communication with agencies.Prepare and update crew lists. Liaise with manning agents, travel coordinators, and port agents for timely crew embarkation/disembarkation.  Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferable in Shipping or ex-sailing Officer.Excellent command of English & computer literacy.Previous experience at the crew department in a similar position.Experience in DANAOS software will be considered an asset.Familiarity with international rules and regulations (STCW, MLC, ISM Code)Ability to work efficiently as a team member.Good planning & Organizational skills.Additional Information:If you are looking for a dynamic and leading working environment in the shipping industry and meet the above qualifications, we encourage you to submit your CV.
