Role Overview: As the Field Service at Tyson Foods, we're seeking an individual with 5+ years of experience in the field of business development, new product development, food safety & quality, sales support, and project coordination in Japan. This role is to ensure that the end-to-end processes in the facility meet customers’ needs and requirements are being carried out in a timely, high quality manner to deliver the optimum customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Coordinating in the field of product development, food safety and quality and providing customer services between the manufacturing and the customer. Coordinate and support product development related activities such as product cutting, product roadshow and customer’s insights.Customer complaint / emerging issues proactive finding/investigation together with both the customer and manufacturer, providing feedback timely and effective resolutions.Transfer the technical knowledge to support the customer as required. For example, provided a product quality training, processing quality control, food safety and quality prevention program. Actively engage with the customer in their programs e.g. the product quality check in the restaurant, participate with the customer’s council and assigned project as per requests. Collect and analyze customer feedback in the area of food safety and product quality to identify areas for improvement and engage with the manufacturing team for the necessary implementation/changes.Collaborate with the commercial team to provide sales support functionsDevelop and enhance relationship with customers through regular communications and face-to-face meetings Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Food science, Food Technology, or Related fieldsMinimum 5 years’ experience in Account Management or QSR business would be a plusExperience in import Business and direct contact with oversea suppliers Flexible and responsive to customers’ requestExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsEager to learn and connect with the customer and the manufacturing teamSkills & Abilities:Fluent in Japanese and English in both oral and written Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills
