We pride ourselves on delivering visually stunning and impactful branding and advertising campaigns with high end luxury designer wear in athleisure, hosiery and swimwear with brands such as Wolford, Alo & Honey Birdette.⸻Position:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to manage executive-level administration, daily communication workflows, scheduling, and multi-platform correspondence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable supporting high-level executives, creators, and clients. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a polished and calm demeanor, and the ability to manage sensitive information across fast-moving environments.⸻Responsibilities: • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and ensure timely follow-ups. • Handle inbox management across multiple email accounts—sorting, responding, escalating, and organizing daily communication. • Monitor and manage text messages, calls, DMs, and communication across multiple social platforms. • Serve as the point of contact between executives, clients, creators, and partners. • Draft, format, and send professional communications, messages, reminders, and updates. • Coordinate internal and external communications to maintain clarity and alignment across teams. • Support in organizing documents, files, folders, and digital assets for executives and creators. • Assist in preparing briefs, summaries, meeting notes, and communication logs. • Maintain confidentiality with all communications, business operations, and client interactions. • Ensure smooth execution of daily tasks and provide rapid administrative support where needed.⸻Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting executives, senior leadership, or high-profile clients. • Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and digital channels. • Experience managing calendars, email systems, and cross-platform messaging. • Ability to multitask across several communication channels simultaneously. • High degree of organization, professionalism, and composure. • Experience working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities. • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.⸻What We Offer: • Competitive salary • Opportunity to support a high-growth media and talent management company • Travel opportunities, domestic and international
