We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.Skills And Competencies5+ years of experience in a sales role within a technology, software or services organization, with a proven track record of success in solution-based selling to ASEAN clientsGood understanding of the risk and regulations landscape in Corporates in ASEANGood understanding of quantitative credit models and risk analysis within the corporate environmentExceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers throughout the sales lifecycleStrong presentation and negotiation skills as well as outstanding client relationship management experienceCreative problem-solving skills with a focus on diagnosing client challenges and delivering tailored solutionsBasic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical useEducationBachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field is requiredResponsibilitiesDrive the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting new clients, leveraging existing relationships, conducting sales presentations, and leading contract negotiationsServe as the primary point of contact for C-level executives at client organizations, fostering trusted and long-lasting relationshipsEnsure complete client coverage by collaborating with product specialists, product strategists, and other internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutionsProvide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goalsMarket the organization’s solutions to the Corporate Whitespace Segment and other assigned sectors, identifying opportunities to generate new revenue streamsMeet and exceed revenue targets while strengthening customer satisfaction and client retentionRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and client-focused engagements as neededCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and strategy teams to align client needs with the organization’s expertise and offeringsOther Requirements:Willingness to travel within the assigned region up to 25-30% of the timeAbout The TeamJoin a high-performing, collaborative team committed to driving growth and transforming customer success in the global marketplace.
