Job Description

What The Role IsThe MAS Tax Schemes Portal is an online platform for the administration of tax schemes for the financial sector.Your role is to help support the planning and development of the MAS Tax Schemes Portal. The main responsibilities include: Project Planning and Coordination Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management Documentation and Compliance Training and User Support Business Analysis and Solution DeliveryWhat You Will Be Working OnProject Planning and CoordinationPlan and schedule project timelines, tasks, and deliverablesSupport the project team in tracking progress and meeting deadlinesTake meeting minutes and ensure timely circulation and follow-up on action itemsWork with team members and other departments to ensure efficient product deliveryStakeholder Engagement and Change ManagementEngage stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for system changesDrive change management strategies and coordinate communication and training effortsAssist in analysing stakeholder needs and identifying improvement opportunitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of new solutionsDocumentation and ComplianceMaintain and organise project documentation, including plans and business requirementsPrepare status reports and presentations for managementDevelop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support compliance and operational consistencyMaintain accurate records of user interactions, resolutions, and project documentationTraining and User SupportDevelop and maintain training resources and FAQs for usersRespond to queries from users via email and callsBusiness Analysis and Solution DeliveryParticipate in business requirements elicitation and documentationSupport the design and implementation of process or system enhancementsSupport user acceptance testing and validation activitiesEssential RequirementsWhat we are looking forExperience in change management, particularly in implementing new systems and/or engaging with customersHands-on experience across the full project development life cycleProven track record in business analysis, application solutioning, and designStrong analytical skills, including qualitative, quantitative, and root-cause analysisExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail, patience, and problem-solving abilityStrong listening skills and empathyAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong time management and multitasking capabilitiesProficiency in basic computer applicationsPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Agile methodology, Business Process Reengineering, CRM, ERP, Data Analytics, Digital and Mobile Technologies, or Knowledge ManagementKnowledge of Singapore Government procurement and governance processesExperience with design thinking and workshop facilitationAs part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
