Job Description

What The Role IsYou develop policies and drive initiatives associated with defence cyber collaboration with other countries. You also support MINDEF/SAF's efforts to enhance defence cyber collaboration with key partners.What You Will Be Working On Provide policy recommendations to senior management regarding MINDEF/SAF's engagement strategy and collaborations in the cyber domain Lead efforts to formalise collaboration efforts with cyber partners Lead efforts to oversee preparations for all visits, meetings and conferencesChallenge(s) Understanding complex policy issues in the defence industry context as well as MINDEF/SAF's core interests so as to prioritise and develop engagement efforts for MINDEF/SAF Keeping abreast of geopolitical and cyber developments in the cyber domain Providing sound analysis of multifaceted security and industry challengesWhat We Are Looking For At least 6 years of relevant work experience in international relations and/or policy roles Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent written skills Ability to work independently, anticipate issues and opportunities and prioritise tasks and workstreamsOnly shortlisted candidates will be notified.
