Involved in staff management, motivation and development to improve performance, reduce attrition, staff retain and their career advancementSet and perform regular review of the team and system KPIsParticipant in identifying business process improvement opportunities and propose improvement initiativeAssist Senior Manager to perform evaluation for software selection and vendor’s proposalAssist Senior Manager to establish and manage business process, configuration and application change control. Ensure applications satisfy SOX, I. T. and other regulatory complianceQualificationsExperienceMinimum of 8 years relevant experience in enterprise level ERP systems and related I. T. systems. Minimum of 5 years as an IT manager.
MUST process strong knowledge and proven track records in the areas of Finance, Procurement, HR, Payroll and Scheduling operation and business needs. Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projectsPreferably product experiences with Workday/SAP/Oracle/Peoplesoft, RAMCO, Virtual Roaster, Hyperion or equivalent. EducationDegree or Post Graduate degree with major in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business (HR, Business administration or Accountancy) or relevant disciplines.
