We value our team’s contributions and ensure that our staff are competitively rewarded and supported.Join us, where we place the value of every staff member and the care of every patient at the centre of all we do.The Opportunity:We are looking Senior Manager/ Assistant Director, Talent Acquisition to join us.In this role, you will formulate and spearhead recruitment, sponsorship and employer branding strategies to build robust talent pipelines that align with JHC’s current and future workforce needs.You will lead a team to achieve the following:Talent Acquisition Effective collaboration with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to identify staffing needs of departments, using analytics to forecast and track hiring progress.Source potential candidates through online channels including social media platforms and professional networks, utilizing data to evaluate the effectiveness of each sourcing method.Lead and oversee the entire recruitment process including candidate screenings, assessments, interviews and offers, while monitoring key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hireEmployer Branding Drive employer branding initiatives, to position JHC s as a leading employer of choice.Organize and attend recruitment events such as career fairs, scholarship/sponsorship programs and webinars to strengthen outreach efforts.Pre-service Scholarships/ Sponsorships Manage the full spectrum of JHC’s pre-service sponsorship schemes covering branding efforts, projection of annual award targets, selection and interview arrangements.Analytics Partner with Manpower Planning to monitor and forecast recruitment needs and project annual hiring targets.Develop and implement recruitment dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for continuous improvement in the recruitment process.Collaboration with stakeholders Collaborate with NUHS Group HR to align recruitment strategies with broader organizational objectives, cascade recruitment updates and report key hiring metrics, outcomes and other relevant recruitment information back to Group HR.Job Requirements:At least 10-12 years of HR experience, with more than 5 years in a Talent Acquisition role and/or experience managing scholarship/sponsorship schemes. Prior experience in healthcare sector is an added advantage.At least 5 years of supervisory experience. Proven leadership experience with ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving recruitment objectives.Expertise in leveraging on social media, resume databases and professional network to attract talent.Proven track record of full-cycle recruitment including using various interview techniques and assessment methodologies.Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics platforms to monitor KPIs such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire and cost-efficiency.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present data insights effectively to stakeholders.
