Job SummaryThe Assistant Director of F&B is responsible for assisting the Director of Food & Beverage in the overall administration and operation of the F&B Division in sections appointed. Play a major role in achieving highest guest satisfaction levels through applying proper guidelines to service team and constant follow up on service delivery and food quality checks. As Assistant Director of F&B , we rely on you to: Provide visionary leadership to the F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and guest-centric service. Practices and role-models the Guiding Principles and the Core Values of Shangri-La Hospitality What We're Looking For Proven track record in F&B leadership within a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality setting. Extensive knowledge of F&B operations, including menu curation and beverage programs. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management. Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field Fluent in English and Arabic Strong leadership, self-motivated excellent communication skills.
