The Independence Monument and the main Preah Sihanouk Boulevard are also a short drive away.We are currently looking for a Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to join our team.As a Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, we rely on you to:Provide visionary leadership to the F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and guest-centric service.Oversee all F&B outlets, ensuring seamless daily operations, maintaining the highest standards of service, and exceeding guest expectations.Collaborate with our culinary team to curate innovative menus, featuring diverse and enticing culinary offerings.Uphold and elevate our commitment to delivering the finest dining experiences, consistently seeking ways to enhance guest satisfaction.Manage the F&B budget, control costs, and optimize revenue through strategic pricing and menu development.Recruit, train, and mentor F&B staff, fostering a highly skilled and motivated team.We Are Looking For Someone WhoProven track record in F&B leadership within a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality setting.Extensive knowledge of F&B operations, including menu curation and beverage programs.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with Local Workforce is a plus. Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management.A steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
