In this role, you will provide crucial support to the Director of Food & Beverage, ensuring smooth operations across our food and beverage outlets.Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in overseeing daily operations of restaurants, bars, and banquet facilitiesCoordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service deliveryManage administrative tasks, including scheduling, inventory management, and report generationSupport the development and implementation of new food and beverage conceptsAssist in menu planning and pricing strategiesMonitor and maintain quality standards across all food and beverage outletsParticipate in staff training and development initiativesHandle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionAssist in budgeting and cost control measuresEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food service areasQualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred2-3 years of experience in food and beverage management or related fieldExperience in luxury hospitality settings is a plusStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication skills in both English and SpanishIn-depth knowledge of food and beverage operationsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailCustomer service orientation with a passion for hospitalityUnderstanding of food and beverage industry trendsKnowledge of health and safety regulations in food serviceAdditional InformationWhat Is In It For You Learning programs through our Academies Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!
