Convenient access to Online Rosters and HR app. Mileage compensationThe Assistant Director of Nursing duties includes but not limited to:The Assistant Director of Nursing will support the Director of Nursing/PIC in the clinical and professional leadership of the care teams and to deliver direct resident care. Monitor and supervise the delivery of care to residents Promote and maintain resident safety and provide quality care through respecting the privacy, dignity, and rights of the resident. Qualifications/Experience:Nursing Qualifications (Essential)Registered with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (Essential)A minimum of 3 years post-registration experience of nursing older people within the previous 6 yearsA minimum of 3 years' experience in a management capacity in the health and social care areaDemonstrate sound knowledge and clinical nursing practice together with future trends in elder care. Hold a post registration management qualification in health or a related fieldA management qualification or Higher Diploma in Gerontology is desirable but not essential. Demonstrate strong leadership skills. ADON experience would be an added advantage
