Since opening in 2007, The Peninsula Tokyo has grown to 500+ employees representing 32 nationalities.We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Director of SpaThis person will be working closely with our Director of Spa to drive the operational and businessPotential career growth and ability to manage large dynamic team Key AccountabilitiesSupporting with Director of Spa to implement financial and operational strategic planning, marketing objectives, operating criteria, budgeting, PR, VIP visitsMaintain and manage overall quality and performance of the Spa to ensure high standardsStrong business acumen and analytical skills. To analyze the monthly profit and loss statements in order to control expenses and ensure the annual budget is achieveSupport People and Culture objectives. Responsible for training, scheduling, coaching Spa team members.
