About the Role: To resolve employees conflict hand in hand with HR Managers, manage internal communication channels & employee relations processes overall. Requirement: Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below: Bachelor’s degree in Law or Human Resources Management. 5 – 6 years of experience in Employee Relations. Strong knowledge of labor laws, work regulations, GOSI, and other relevant HR legislation. Extensive experience in conducting investigations.

Experience in managing grievances and conflict situations. Significant experience in handling disciplinary action processes. Excellent and effective use of Microsoft Office programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English.
