Assistant Finance Manager - Data Center

🔍 What You’ll DoLead and manage the finance team (7+ subordinates) to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Maintain compliance with Indonesia GAAP and internal company policies.Support management with insightful financial analysis and recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.✅ What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accounting.Strong knowledge of Indonesia GAAP.Hands-on Experience with SAP HANA and understanding of Finance modules.Advanced Excel skills and solid analytical ability.Minimum 3 years of experience at a Big Four audit firm (KPMG, PwC, EY, or Deloitte) preferred.Minimum 3 years of experience at the Assistant Manager level in an operational company.Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
