Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Management & ReportingOversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow managementConduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and profitability assessments to support business decisionsPrepare journal entries and perform monthly closing proceduresDeliver monthly financial reporting to the Group Finance TeamPrepare quarterly and annual MAS returns for submission to the Monetary Authority of SingaporeReview commission calculationCross-check revenue reports with external private banksAssist in ad hoc projects as required2. Tax, Regulatory Compliance & MAS RequirementsHandle statutory audit, GST submissions and tax filingsEnsure compliance with MAS regulationsCollaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to uphold risk management frameworks3. Business PartnershipOptimize treasury operations and cross-border fund flowsAdvise senior management on financial risks, opportunities, and strategic growth initiatives4. Stakeholder CoordinationLiaise with Group Finance Team, auditors, tax authorities, banks, MAS and external stakeholders on financial mattersQualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CA/ACCA preferred)Minimum of 5 years of combined experience from professional audit firm and finance management experience in a MAS-regulated financial institutionBig 4 audit experience is highly preferredStrong knowledge of MAS regulations, SFRS/IFRS, and compliance frameworksProficiency in financial software (e.g. SAP, Yonyou, Kingee) and advanced ExcelExperience in accounting system migration/implementation is a strong plusFluent in EnglishProficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is advantageousExcellent analytical, leadership, and communication skillsOffer:Competitive salary + performance bonusRegional career development opportunities
