It is a strategic finance role that blends analytics, external orientation, and business partnering to help sharpen the company’s strategy and operationsKey Responsibilities – support the CI & Cost Transformation manager in the below responsibilitiesCompetitor Intelligence Assess competitor results and strategies to benchmark performance with competitor set and deliver insights to senior leadership Assess impact of industry trends, regulatory changes and macro-economic events on competitor set Conduct deep dives to decode competition playbook and pre-empt competitive actionsCost Transformation lead Own and manage cost savings roadmap across functions & divisions Identify cost saving opportunities with strong data analytics, internal and external benchmarking and cross functional collaboration Lead governance frameworks and ensure robust tracking and dashboards to monitor savings progress, validate impact, and report to senior leadershipEligibility criteria - CA or MBA with 2 or more years of experienceKey Skills Needed Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong business acumen and story-telling ability Strong stakeholder management and communication skills External orientation and curiosity about market dynamics Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI, and data visualization tools Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Inner GamePurpose & Service: Strong influencing skills and a challenger mindset.Personal Mastery: Analytical power, judgment, and initiative.Agility: External orientation and courage to challenge status quo.Outer GameBusiness Acumen: Holistic understanding of business and digital fluency.Talent Catalyst: Ability to build networks and promote CI awareness.Passion for High Performance: Energizing others through insights and capability buildingNote: "All official offers from Unilever are issued only via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
