It's a part of our DNA and what drives us.This Role InvolvesSupporting the financial health of the Coca-Cola Arena by executing accurate financial planning, dynamic forecasting, and insightful performance analysis.Managing the financial lifecycle of all events, ensuring timely and accurate settlement analysis, and driving profitable strategic decisions in the fast-paced events industry.Ensure all event-related financial settlements (internal costs, promoter fees, ticket revenues, F&B commissions) are completed, signed off per contractual terms, and payments are processed within agreed timelines.Develop and maintain monthly rolling forecasts, performing rigorous analysis of actual performance versus approved budget and forecast to ensure accuracy and identifying commercial risks and opportunitiesPrepare the monthly management pack, including high-level commentary on financial performance, key operational KPIs, and trend analysis for executive leadership and owners.Monitor and track capex spend versus approved budgets ensuring alignment with long-term strategic plans. Serve as a key financial partner to commercial departments, providing ad-hoc analysis and financial modeling to support new business proposals and cost-saving initiatives.
