Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Assistant role based in Northampton. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operations, including greeting customers, taking orders, preparing ice cream and other menu items, maintaining cleanliness, and handling payments. The role also involves ensuring excellent customer service, restocking supplies, and assisting in creating a friendly and efficient environment for customers and team members alike. Qualifications Customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport with customers and ensure satisfaction.Basic communication skills and a friendly, positive demeanor.Teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with co-workers.Organizational and time management skills for managing tasks efficiently.Previous experience in the food or retail industry is an advantage but not essential.Ability to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.Flexibility to work weekends or holidays as required.
