With every night that comes alive, Antika pays homage to the region’s cultural roots while celebrating its evolution proving that tradition and modernity can dance together beautifully.Role SummaryServing as the operational and commercial cornerstone of Antika, the Assistant General Manager partners with the General Manager to ensure the seamless delivery of world-class guest experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership: Supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations across all departments, ensuring nightly shows and events run seamlessly while upholding the highest standards of service, safety, and guest satisfaction. Managing the scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation with a focus on efficiency and luxury.Guest Experience: Upholds Antika's reputation for world-class hospitality by engaging with guests, anticipating their needs, and addressing concerns with discretion and grace. Ensures that dining and performance are seamlessly woven together, creating an experience defined by sophistication, artistry, and exclusivity.Entertainment: Works closely with the Entertainment and creative team to ensure every performance is delivered flawlessly. Oversees stage readiness, coordinate with artists and technical teams, and contribute ideas for new entertainment concepts, seasonal showcases, and themed events. Maintains the positive relationships with performers, agents, and production partners, maintaining a professional, safe, and dynamic environment.Marketing & Brand Support: Collaborates closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns, activations, and VIP experiences are executed seamlessly. Provides operational insights and guest feedback to shape initiatives that resonate with audiences and strengthen the brand. As a true ambassador of Antika, ensures consistency across service, presentation, and all guest touchpoints.People & Culture: Inspires department heads and supervisors, fostering a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, innovation, and excellence. Champions training and professional development to ensure the team consistently delivers elevated service standards, and play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, embedding the brand’s ethos throughout the organisation.Financial & Commercial Acumen: Supports the General Manager in managing the full P&L, ensuring revenue targets and profitability are consistently met. Takes ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, using data-driven insights to guide decisions. Monitor revenue across dining, beverage, ticketing, and private events, implement effective cost controls, and assess the ROI of entertainment programming and marketing campaigns, always balancing commercial performance with exceptional guest experience.Compliance & Standards: Ensures full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations. Uphold operational policies and standard operating procedures to the highest standards, safeguarding the venue’s reputation and assets through diligent risk management and meticulous attention to detail.Qualifications3–5 years of progressive experience in hospitality, ideally within nightlife, or fine dining entertainment concept.Engaging, dynamic, and outgoing personality.Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in Dubai.Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred due to business module requirements.Candidates available immediately are advantageous.
