Epyllion Group is looking for Assistant General Manager - HR, Admin & Compliance (For Textile)Key PointsEpyllion Group is seeking a strategic and experienced Assistant General Manager – HR, Administration & Compliance to oversee all human resources, administrative and compliance functions for our textile unit.Job Description / ResponsibilityEnsure implementation of Human Resources Plan for optimum efficiency.Ensure employees engagement to achieve optimum output.Ensure logistic & administrative support for assigned SBUs to maximize the productivity.Ensure effective performance management system in the factory.Ensure employees compensation management system.Ensure training as per Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and follow-up training effectiveness.Ensure employees harmonious relation actively & resolve industrial dispute in a proactive manner.Ensure factories are updated for all types of audit i.e. Social Compliance Audit, Security System Audit, Technical Audit, Environmental Audit, Management Audit, HR Audit & etc.Ensure health, safety & security and CSR initiatives as per practice.Ensure to handle all committee`s operations smoothly in the factories.Maintain liaison with Government, Semi-Government, autonomous institutions & other external agencies for smooth business operation.Lead, monitor, appraise, train-up & motivate team to ensure a happy workforce.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource ManagementMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource ManagementStrong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices. Certified HR professional (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.Skills Required: Strategic Management, Factory Administration, Factory Compliance, people leadershipExperience RequirementsAt least 12 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments,Textile,Group of Companies,Garments Accessories,Washing FactoryAdditional RequirementsAbility to manage a large and diverse workforce, drive organizational efficiency, foster a positive work culture, and ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations.Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Proven expertise in talent management, performance appraisal, employee engagement, and administrative operations.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Job LocationGazipur
