Aasceend Property Development Limited is looking for Assistant General Manager - SalesJob Description / ResponsibilitySales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to maximize performance and revenue.Identify new sales opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to optimize sales plans.Business Development:Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and corporate clients.Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.Team Leadership & Performance Management:Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and efficiency.Set individual and team sales targets and ensure their achievement.Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and skill development programs.Customer Relationship Management:Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.Address client queries, concerns, and objections professionally and efficiently.Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.Sales Operations & Reporting:Oversee the entire sales process, from inquiry to closing deals.Monitor sales progress, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.Compliance & Coordination:Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and real estate regulations.Work closely with legal, finance, and project teams to streamline sales operations.Collaborate with marketing and branding teams for promotional activities.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in MarketingMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in MarketingSkills Required: Real Estate Marketing, Real estate companies, Real Estate Sales, Sales target, Customer ServiceExperience Requirements8 to 12 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Real Estate,Developer,Real Estate StartupJob LocationDhaka (DOHS Baridhara)
