The incumbent will oversee solar design and engineering projects, manage engineering teams, and ensure efficient execution of solar and storage solutions. Daily tasks will include leading design efforts, coordinating with project teams, supervising engineering processes, and ensuring compliance with technical standards. The role involves interfacing with different stakeholders, contributing to project planning, and delivering solutions that meet company and client expectations.QualificationsProficiency in Design Engineering and Engineering ManagementStrong background in Analog and Electrical EngineeringKnowledge of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and its application in solar projectsExcellent leadership and project management skillsExperience in solar energy systems and renewable energy projects is highly desirableDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teamsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
