Green Textile Limited is looking for Assistant General Manager - TechnicalJob Description / ResponsibilityAssist in formulation & execution of production plans, analyzing production data & implementing new methodologies.Provide guidance to the production team (Production Executives) on the performance of their duties.Ensure apparel production lines are properly balanced for target & quality output.Ensure consistently surveil operators/ supervisors activities & conduct training/ mentoring programs to elevate their skills, technical knowledge & efficiency.Review KPIs & take initiatives to mitigate operational costs & enhance production revenues.Ensure production process/ outputs adhere to company QA policies & clients QA requirements. Assure machineries maintained/ services as per stipulated standards & guidelines.Coordinate with washing/ finishing/ cut to ship functions for timely shipments.Monitor & analyze the P&L on a daily/ monthly basis & attaining daily/ weekly/ monthly targets.Assist with sourcing & manage all materials, trims inventory for production schedules.Ensure cost effective production operation via estimating costs, negotiating budgets with clients & HODs.Liaise with different departments, teams & external stakeholders to ensure optimum & smooth production.Assure client orders are accomplished on time & to budget/ quality standards & targets are met.Provide ongoing trainings, development and constructive feedback to teams to ensure employee development and succession planning for driving high performance.Educational RequirementsBachelor degree in any disciplineDiplomaA LevelDiploma / A Level / Graduate (any Discipline)Experience RequirementsAt least 6 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):GarmentsAdditional RequirementsExperience 5 Years & AboveJob LocationMymensingh (Bhaluka)
