The resort features over 20 curated restaurants and lounges, the traditional Souk Madinat Jumeirah, dedicated kids’ clubs and some of the region’s most versatile event and conference spaces.About The JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Guest Relations Manager to join Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Coordinate VIP arrivals, conduct personalized arrival check-ins, in-room check-outs, and ensure tailored service including room inspections and special requests Oversee Guest Relations Executives and Team Leaders, ensuring quality and timely task execution during shifts Build rapport with VIPs, manage guest concerns promptly, and maintain high satisfaction through personalized interactions and services Assist with group registrations, special room drops, lobby coverage, and general guest inquiries Support Guest Relations Managers, lead the department in their absence, provide team feedback, and contribute to training and development programs Uphold brand standards, grooming, safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures; cover Duty Manager shifts as needed About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience in managerial position or 2 years in supervisory role at Front Office or Guest Relations Department at Luxury 5-star property Strong interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail Fluency in English and in an additional language is essential About The BenefitsAt Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
