You will support clinical services such as resident medication management, health assessments and supervising the nursing staff. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by ensuring they receive excellent direct care.Responsibilities-Assistant Health Care DirectorAssisting in the management of the nursing department including recruiting, training, scheduling, and ensuring quality of careVerifying the proper distribution and required documentation of medication, treatments and ordersParticipating in regular resident assessments and service planning, and following up with ancillary health care services as neededAssists with the move-in and move-out process including tours, orientation, evaluations and family communicationsProvides direct care when needed, such as during health emergencies or to fill an open shiftAssuming the Health Care Director’s responsibilities in their absence, and relaying concerns to the DirectorBonus opportunities-Assistant Health Care DirectorOn-call bonusCall-back bonusEmployee of the month/yearWhy we should be your “home away from home”Work environment: Our focus is to maximize the potential of every life we touch.
