You will assist with personal care, mobility, communication needs and routine clinical tasks to enhance patient comfort and support their daily functioning.Assist with personal care, mobility and communication needs to support patient wellbeing Provide nursing care within scope of practice and maintain accurate documentation Support clinical procedures by setting up equipment and ensuring a clean environment Communicate effectively with patients, carers and the healthcare team to promote positive outcomes Participate in quality improvement, safety reporting and person-centred care initiatives How To ApplyApply online by submitting your resume and addressing the criteria listed below by providing examples that demonstrate your ability before the closing date.Selection CriteriaDemonstrated effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team Evidence of computer literacy and demonstrated ability to use information technology systems. Proven ability to be self-motivated, flexible and adaptive as clinical needs arise, and still remain within the scope of practice of an AIN Demonstrated ability to manage conflict situations in a calm and professional manner Demonstrated ability to work in a multi disciplinary team.
