Assistant Job Coach Ref: 120843Hours: 18.5 hours per week, term time only, 40 weeks per yearSalary: £12,386 to £13,140 per annum (£26,967 to £28,609 FTE)Location: Wakefield College/Castleford CollegeWe have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Assistant Job Coach to join our Foundation Learning Department supporting learners with SEND to gain the skills they need for employment. As an Assistant Job Coach, you will confidently support our learners both in and out of the classroom, to develop the skills and knowledge that they need to enter the world of work. Working with local employers, you will source exciting work placement opportunities and support the learners to demonstrate that they can complete tasks and meet the expectations of the employer.
