Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic planning and brand strategy development for assigned healthcare and pharmaceutical brands — from insight generation to creative brief development.Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify category trends, audience behaviour, and emerging opportunities within therapeutic areas.Leverage primary and secondary research (including prescription audits, syndicated data, and qualitative studies) to uncover actionable insights that inform brand strategy and communication.Collaborate with creative, account management, and medical teams to ensure alignment between strategic direction, creative expression, and scientific accuracy.Translate complex clinical and scientific information into clear, compelling brand narratives and campaign strategies that resonate with target audiences.Contribute to strategic presentations and research-based recommendations to support agency growth and innovation.Desired Skills & Experience3–4 years of experience in strategic planning, brand strategy, market research, or healthcare marketing — ideally within healthcare communications, pharmaceutical marketing, or consulting.Educational background in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related disciplines (e.g., B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc/M.Sc, MBA in Pharma/Healthcare) preferred.Proven understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical markets, patient journeys, and healthcare professional (HCP) engagement dynamics.Hands-on experience in market research methodologies — including qualitative/quantitative analysis, secondary research, and data interpretation.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse internal and client stakeholders.A curious, collaborative, and strategic thinker with the ability to balance creativity, logic, and scientific understanding.
