AHSAN Group LTD- is looking for Assistant Manager - Business DevelopmentJob Description / ResponsibilityLead Generation & Client AcquisitionIdentify and target potential clients across industries that can benefit from Ahsan Technologies’ services.Generate qualified business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and outbound outreach.Research client needs, industries, and market segments to uncover new business opportunities.Sales Support & Proposal DevelopmentPromote Ahsan Technologies’ core offerings including software development, web & mobile apps, ERP/CRM, and cloud solutions.Assist in preparing tailored proposals, quotations, and business presentations for prospective clients.CRM & ReportingMaintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline data in CRM systems.Provide regular reports on lead status, conversion metrics, and forecast updates to leadership.Collaboration & CoordinationSupport the business development team and coordinate meetings with clients and technical teams for solution discussions.Collaborate with marketing to align promotional campaigns with sales goals.Customer Relationship & After-Sales SupportEnsure excellent client experience and help maintain long-term customer relationships to drive retention.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in MarketingMBA is a plus.Skills Required: Strategic Planning, Computer Literacy, Marketing Strategy, Communication and interpersonal skill, Negotiation Persuasion Skills, B2B and B2C sales and marketing, Good Proposal Writting SkillExperience RequirementsAt least 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Trading or Export/Import, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Group of CompaniesAdditional RequirementsUnderstanding of IT, software, and digital service offerings is an advantage.Fluent in English and Bangla (written and spoken).Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and lead management platforms.Job LocationDhaka
