A Reputed Multinational Company is looking for Assistant Manager - HR & AdminJob Description / ResponsibilityKey Responsibilities:Handle E-Visa processing, work permit issuance & extension, and security clearance for expats.Manage tasks related to visa, passport, work permit processing, and air ticket purchases.Ensure smooth and timely movement of visitors and parcels through the protocol channel.Issue and renew all required operational licenses and certificates.Oversee housekeeping activities and monitor performance of assigned officer/supervisor.Manage transport services and verify requisitions and bills.Maintain liaison with key government offices, including:Visa & Passport OfficePrime Minister’s OfficeHome Ministry, NSI, SB, PoliceLabour OfficeGas, PDB, BTMA, DOEBoiler Office, Explosives OfficeFire Service & Civil DefenseBangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC)Maintain daily employee attendance and overtime records.Prepare payroll, salary sheets, and pay slips.Maintain and update personnel files and service records.Perform monthly cross-checks of employee records.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Master of Business Administration (MBA)Experience Requirements5 to 10 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):GarmentsAdditional RequirementsGraduates from any discipline are also encouraged to apply.Job LocationDhaka (Banani)
