Apply for one of our exciting role below!As part of our new business growth plan, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic “Assistant Manager – HRDM & Administration” to supports IPTEC’s transformation into a high-performance, digitally enabled organization. The position combines Human-Resource Development & Management (HRDM) with operational administration— for strengthening talent systems, leadership pipelines, and process efficiency that power IPTEC’s 2025–2030 “Good to Great” roadmap.We need a strategic thinker who is also a hands-on manager, capable of executing sophisticated digital campaigns and delivering measurable results in a competitive, multicultural environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource Development & ManagementImplement HRDM frameworks, policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks aligned with corporate strategy.Manage the full recruitment cycle—job design, posting, interviewing, onboarding, and induction.Maintain digital HR records (attendance, leave, contracts, performance data).Coordinate performance reviews, KPI tracking, and succession planning.Oversee employee relations, discipline, and welfare programs.Ensure compliance with South Sudan labor law and IPTEC standards.Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and innovation.Training & Leadership DevelopmentConduct annual training-needs analyses across departments.Plan and deliver technical, managerial, and customer-service training.Champion leadership-development and mentorship initiatives.Track training outcomes and maintain competency matrices.Administration & OperationsSupervise office administration, logistics, transport, and facility management.Manage procurement of office supplies, utilities, and maintenance contracts.Lead support staff (drivers, cleaners, security, etc.) and ensure service discipline.Coordinate company events, welfare activities, and inter-department communication.Drive administrative process automation through Odoo ERP / HRMS.Governance & ReportingPrepare monthly and quarterly HR & Admin performance reports.Support audits, compliance reviews, and proper document control.Safeguard confidentiality and integrity of all HR data.Align all practices with IPTEC’s governance and ethical standards.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Organisational Development (Master’s preferred).Experience Requirements3 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Telecommunication,Design/Printing/Publishing,IT Enabled Service,ISP,E-commerce Startup,Advertising Technology (AdTech) StartupAdditional Requirements3–5 years’ progressive HR & Admin experience in telecom, ICT, or multinational environments.Sound knowledge of labor law, HRDM systems, and organizational-development methods.Proficiency in MS Office and Odoo ERP or similar HR platforms.Fluent written & spoken English.Core CompetenciesStrategic HR planning & policy formulation.Effective leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution.Analytical and data-driven decision-making.Multitasking and deadline management under pressure.Personal AttributesEthical, professional, and trustworthy.Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented.Strong interpersonal & public-relations skills.Culturally sensitive and adaptable in a diverse workplace.Job LocationSouth Sudan
