This role serves as the strategic and operational anchor, ensuring robust financial performance, coordinated execution of sector strategy, and effective go-to-market alignment across Pharma, MedTech, Biotech, and HealthTech subsectors. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities 1. Sector Performance & HealthManage sector P&L analytics — revenue, margin, pipeline, and utilization across service lines.Own forecasting cadence, variance analysis, and sector health reporting.Deliver monthly dashboards and insights for leadership decision-making. 2. Strategy Execution & GovernanceSupport execution of sector strategic priorities and annual growth plan.Coordinate cross-service line initiatives and track strategic KPIs.Manage leadership governance – calls, reviews, reporting cadence. 3. Business Development & Market ActivationPartner with BD and Marketing to run sector campaigns, client targeting, and pursuit analytics.Track pipeline health, win rates, and account performance.Support development of sector thought leadership and POVs. 4. Research & InsightsConduct market benchmarking using IQVIA, EvaluatePharma, Scrip, and other databases.Generate actionable insights on market trends, competitor movements, and growth areas.Produce executive-ready sector reports and dashboards. 5.
