ResponsibilitiesLead and manage mechanical projects in the Thermal Projects sector, ensuring all milestones are metDevelop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources allocationCoordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectivesOversee the execution of projects, including procurement, construction, and commissioning phasesConduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challengesProvide technical guidance and support to project team membersPrepare regular project status reports and communicate project updates to senior managementEnsure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards throughout project lifecycleDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and qualityQualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldMaster's degree in Project Management (preferred)
