This is an operational role, responsible for driving day-to-day operations.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in designing discussions, planning meetings to understand the QA requirements for the feature/product.Developing the new application/software based on the business requirements and test cases to validate the release.Prepare Test Strategies and Test Design and execute.Identify tools and approach for automated testing.Gate keeper to ensure every release on any components is tested E2E and given a go ahead to deploy.Desired Skill setsExpert code/test case writing skillsAbility to test complete applications. (both black-box and complete workflow)Understand concepts of software engineering and automate test cases.Experience with software design, coding, testing and development.Knowledge and/or experience in scrum/Agile techniques
