The role involves stakeholder coordination, team supervision, and driving a high-performance culture.Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead outbound operations, ensuring timely and accurate order dispatch while maintaining service levels.Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.Coordinate with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to meet delivery timelines and customer requirements.Provide accurate inputs for billing and production planning related to outbound shipments.Review daily outbound processes and manage team performance to achieve KPIs.Supervise operations and ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Participate in quality assurance initiatives and enforce safe working practices.Develop a high-performance service culture within the outbound team.Manage employee development and performance through coaching and feedback.Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of outbound warehouse operations, dispatch planning, and B2B logistics.Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with multiple partners.Proficiency in WMS systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools.Leadership and team management skills.Knowledge of quality and safety standards.Qualifications & Experience:Graduate / Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.3–6 years of experience in outbound warehouse operations, preferably in B2B and retail industry.
