Remark HB Limited is looking for Assistant Manager - Purchase MonitoringJob Description / ResponsibilityJob Context:We are looking for a proactive, detail oriented, and results driven individual for the position of Assistant Manager-Purchase Monitoring. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing procurement activities to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and compliance with company policies. The role involves close coordination with finance, production, and supply chain teams to optimize purchasing processes.Job Responsibilities:Monitor all types of purchases to ensure strategic decisions and cost efficiency.Communicate with suppliers for order updates, delivery follow-ups, and performance evaluation.Verify purchase prices against approved or market rates and support cost-saving initiatives.Maintain accurate records of all purchase documents and track active orders systematically.Prepare regular purchase monitoring reports, analyze data, and provide insights to management.Ensure all purchase-related documents (PRs, POs, invoices, quotations) are properly recorded, filed, and updated in the tracking system.Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure efficient purchasing and compliance with internal policies.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc)Skills Required: Monitoring, Reporting, Purchase and Procurement, Data analysis and presentation, ERP/SAP SoftwareExperience RequirementsAt least 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG),Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Healthcare/Lifestyle productAdditional RequirementsExperience in purchase monitoring (Preferably in FMCG).Proficiency in MS Office & ERP Systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Tally.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Strong time management skills.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Job LocationDhaka (Gulshan)
