We stay ahead of the curve in a constantly changing world and technology landscape.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Colombo for an Assistant Manager - Sales and Marketing. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, handling customer inquiries, conducting market research, and working closely with the marketing team to implement campaigns. Daily tasks will include client meetings, sales presentations, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Identify and secure new vending locations across offices, institutions, and public spacesManage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partnersNegotiate agreements and achieve monthly and annual sales targetsPlan and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and product salesConduct market research to track trends, competitors, and customer preferencesCoordinate meetings with clients, partners, and internal teams to align sales and marketing goalsWork with operations to ensure vending machine installation, restocking, and performance optimizationPrepare regular sales and marketing performance reports and suggest improvement strategiesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing (FMCG, vending, or retail preferred)Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsProficient in MS Office and CRM toolsResult-driven with a customer-focused mindsetWhat We OfferCompetitive salary + commission structure.Excellent career growth opportunities.Exposure to cutting-edge digital payment technologies.A supportive, collaborative, and innovative work environment.
