Globe Pharmaceuticals Group is looking for Assistant Manager - Veterinary ProductionJob Description / ResponsibilityTo ensure that products are produced in accordance with the GMP standard in all stages of production.Make an adequate plan for using the highest achievable capacities of man, machines, and materials for maintaining smooth production and for maximizing capacity utilization.Fulfills the monthly and weekly production plans according to the schedule.Ensure that all standard yields are maintained by production lines, control the production process, and production facilities.To ensure safety precautions in the production area.Maintain good relationships with QA and QC personnel, PD personnel, engineering, planning, inventory control department.Ensures that there is discipline and a good working culture among the staff.Make sure the on-the-job training of production personnel.
