Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Visual Development Artist to join our team and collaborate with 3D visualizers in setting the mood, cameras, and themes for architectural renderings of both exterior and interior spaces. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of architectural principles, and the ability to translate concepts into visually stunning renderings.Responsibilities:Develop mood boards, concept sketches, and color palettes to establish the visual direction of each project.Create detailed digital references or AI generated illustrations to communicate the desired mood, lighting, and atmosphere for both exterior and interior spaces.Assist 3D visualizers in setting up cameras and composing scenes within 3D software to accurately represent the design vision.Provide feedback and guidance to ensure that architectural renderings align with the project's goals and timelines.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and deadlines.Document the progress of each project, including milestones, revisions, and final deliverables.Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our visual development process.Collaborate with other artists and team members to brainstorm ideas, problem-solve, and maintain a cohesive visual style across projects.Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to address feedback and make necessary adjustments throughout the design process.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Architecture, Design, or related field.Proven experience as a Visual Development Artist or similar role, preferably in the architectural visualization industry.Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color theory, and perspective drawing.Familiarity with 3D software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, or SketchUp.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.Portfolio showcasing a range of architectural visualization projects and concept artwork.If you are a creative individual with a passion for architecture and the ability to bring design concepts to life through visual storytelling, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
