Job Description

Job PurposeProvide effective and timely application support across the organization, ensuring smooth operation, incident resolution, and user satisfaction. Assist in managing application issues, coordinating with technical teams, and supporting system enhancements to optimize business processes and technology utilization.Job Specific AccountabilitiesApplication Support Monitor application performance and availability to detect and address issues proactively. Analyze application logs, error messages, and system alerts to identify root causes. Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for bug fixes, patches, and system updates. Support deployment of application releases and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to users.User Assistance Assist end-users in resolving application-related queries and issues via multiple channels (phone, email, ticketing system).Reporting & Insights Generate regular reports on application incidents, trends, and service levels for IT management review. Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to prevent future incidents.Continuous Improvement Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing support efficiency and user experience.
