(On-Site)About the role:The role requires you to work on building the Fixed Line portfolio through meaningful customer interactions and relationship building.Your Impactful Goals will include:Refine the Fixed Line product portfolio (DIA, DPLC, MPLS, GMPLS, IPLC, PRI, SIP) to align with evolving customer requirements and market dynamics.Collaborate closely with Technology teams to provide end-to-end technical support, feasibility assessments, and accurate reporting for sales opportunities.Strengthen customer engagement by offering solutions that integrate Fixed Line services with Cloud (SaaS, IaaS, VDC, VPS) and Colocation offerings.Your Typical Day will look like:Partner with Fixed Line Client teams to prepare proposals and pitches that highlight DIA, MPLS, IPLC, SIP, and other core product streams.Demonstrate deep product knowledge across Fixed Line and adjacent services (Cloud, Colocation) to act as a trusted sales expert in customer meetings.Gather and document customer requirements, ensuring feasibility checks are coordinated with Technology and Operations teams.Work with HQ Product Owners (POCs) to build compelling business cases that strengthen sales proposals.Collaborate with HQ POCs to devise tailored solutions that meet customer needs while aligning with product strategy.Respond to RFI/RFPs with detailed, customer-focused proposals.Coordinate with Operations teams to resolve customer issues quickly and maintain strong post-implementation support.Provide ongoing account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.Support HQ POCs with data analysis, reporting, and presentations, leveraging advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.Your Career Path:Manager Fixed Line SalesWhat we're looking for:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/IT/Telecommunication or relevant field.Work Experience: At least 3 years of Fixed Line and customized solutions sales and support experience.Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas: Should be able to handle workload effectively and efficientlyShould be able to work under pressure to troubleshoot within SLAShould be innovative, having analytical mind set and solution finding approachShould be able to analyze, select and recommend solutions to complex situationsMust be positive with a can-do attitude, a quick learner, an effective communicator and a self-starter who take creative approaches to solve challenging problems and meet tight deadlinesKnowledge of Optical Fibre Cable systemAbility to work independently under demanding situationsWhy should you join us at Telenor Pakistan?At Telenor Pakistan, we're more than just a workplace-we're a community where learning and growth are at the core of everything we do.
